Richard Yocum (NJ State SPCA Humane Police) and his dog Chloe. Cupcakefest 2012 presented by Sweet Avenue took place at Lincoln Park in Rutherford, benefit the John A. Bukowski Shelter for Animals in Bloomfield, NJ and the NJSPCA.
