Judge Thomas Griffiths, CMC (Vice President of Campbell Soup Company, Campbells Global Culinary and Baking Institute) speaks to the audience Chef Central in Paramus hosted the first round of its Ultimate Chef Bergen County competition, featuring a cook-off between Chef Carlos Valdez of Oceanaire Seafood Room in Hackensack and Chef Giuseppe Lentini of Grissini Resturant in Englewood Cliffs. The "secret ingredient" in each dish of the four-course meal was Mango.
