Sid Bautista, Carina and Michelle Bautista Production company Green Villain, run by Jersey City resident Gregory Edgell, along with the property’s developers, Forest City Enterprises Inc. and G&S Investors held “Demolition Exhibition,” opening reception for a one week display in Jersey City. Due to the recent sale and slated demolition of the Pep Boys auto store, Green Villain reached a deal with the developers and was able to organize over 70 artists to transform the entire 30,000 square foot interior and exterior into a mecca of street art. 06/27/2015 (Photo by Jeremy Smith)
