Chef Jim Edwards speaks to the crowd that came out to watch the first round of the Ultimate Chef Bergen County competition Chef Central in Paramus hosted the first round of its Ultimate Chef Bergen County competition, featuring a cook-off between Chef Carlos Valdez of Oceanaire Seafood Room in Hackensack and Chef Giuseppe Lentini of Grissini Resturant in Englewood Cliffs. The "secret ingredient" in each dish of the four-course meal was Mango.
